ladies and gentlemen, I have been using BT for years but never imported from a flat file, I have used cvs and txt and BT more often than not does not recognize the first row as the field names and therefore doesnt auto map, neither can I manually map. I am running the latest version of BT on windows 7 if that makes any difference. Thanks |

Does the Excel contain item data for title, description, price and cost? To use the file with Blackthorne you need to save the Excel file as a "tab delimited file". The Import in Blackthorne is located under “File-Import-Import from Flat File”. http://www.blackthornesw.com/leslie/saveexcelasTD.JPG Regards, Leslie Technical Support eBay Blackthorne Software Occam's razor "The simplest explanation is most likely the correct explanation."

Leslie, thank you... I read many other posts about importing from cvs file. I saved the template as tab delimited txt and BT consumed all the fields correctly. Thank you Again... |
