To exacerbate the problem I have of BT submitting listings to eBay but not showing in the listing tab or allocating inventory, I am now unable to pull back sales from last night around 8:30PM...after both activity refreshes and eBay imports...BT seems unable to return any data from eBay's API at this point. As BT support has been MIA since yesterday morning, I am just wondering if anyone else is running the current version on a hosted SQL database and seeing anything like this? |

exacerbate ?, can you use that in a sentence? It sounds like you might have a corrupted database. I have not experienced any problems you are "exacerbating", and am using the same version .019 with SQL. You would do well to upload your database to Support thru the BT program, and let them know of the problem you are having, along with links to any posts you have asked for help or shown any screen shots of. "I can't see!, I can't see!" WHAT'S THE MATTER? "I got my eyes closed"

Yes, exacerbate. look it up Captain Sarcastic, you might learn something before you try to look clever and take shots at people....actually, I'll do the research for you. http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/exacerbate Thanks for your answer. |

Hello Eric, If these issues continue, we would need a copy of your database. Instructions to upload are below. In Blackthorne, click "Help-Support" to open the “Support Troubleshooter” select the 6th tab named "Contact Support”. For the "Request Type" field choose "Database Requested by Blackthorne Support" from the dropdown menu. In the "From" dropdown menu, select your e-mail account. In the text area for "Detailed Description" provide details about the problem, record IDs and any steps that reproduce the issue. Finally, click "Send" to start the database upload process. In the lower right corner of the window you’ll see the progress of the database upload. After the database is uploaded the program will send the email to Blackthorne Database Support. If you see errors sending the email or uploading the database please reply to this email letting us know you had an issue sending the database. Regards, Jonathan eBay Blackthorne Technical Support "Just walk away"

Hi Jonathan, OK, sounds good...but I have a hosted SQL database, so I don't think I can upload it via the BT support interface? The db lies on Gehres Weed's server, an alpha - beta member. I'll contact him and ask him to chime in to work on getting you a copy of the database. Thanks for the help!!! |
