I upgraded to version .019 yesterday and everything seemed to be working ok (am running a hosted SQL database with 3 clients) but I noticed a pretty huge problem just now...I listed 14 items that were not currently active but had available inventory. BT listed them all with no problems...I received the listing confirmation emails from eBay and checked them on the site...all look ok...BUT, BT does not show them as active on either the item or listing tabs, and still shows available inventory. There are no records for the new listings in the listing tab. I ran a full refresh to see if BT would pick them up after the fact and BT still didn't pick them up...so I'm in panic mode here...I have no way to track these listings or inventory now. This is a critical problem, please help ASAP!!!

but wait it gets worse...I had the intent of running a views and database repair to see if I could fix the issue and my reward for running a views repair was to have all my custom item folders and filters wiped out, so I now have to restore my backup m last night. So for anyone running .019, beware running a view repair...

Any devs watching this thread I could really use some help. thanks!

C'mon guys, I really need some support here...after restoring a backup and doing an import from eBay, I was able to get BT to recognize the listings but I just tried to list another item and same thing, the listing goes live on eBay and BT does not record the listing or show any inventory active.

Here the same weird issue; I get NIH errors when trying to list single items?

I actually don't see any errors, the submitting listing window stays open for a very long time and then closes before I see a progress bar...but the listings are hitting eBay fine. Running an import (not a refresh) is the only way to get BT to pull in the listing record and inventory allocation. Scary stuff here...

Here I saw "submitting" as error. But that is actually a good thought, to import missing listings. It also explains the NIH errors I see (I think).

Unfortunately it continues to get worse....BT has now stopped pulling back sales information for any activity after 8:30PM last night...I have run 2 activity refreshes and 2 eBay imports to no avail...BT support, can you at least let me know if you're looking into this? I don't know how I will be able to ship any orders by tomorrow, BT is completely broken at this point. I'll try to submit a tech support request through BT, but I really need someone to help me out.

The last step I took for tonight: I de-selected the Inventory on the items-page of the sceduled items. This is NOT how I want to work, but I see no other way to get the listings on.

We're looking into this and will get back to you shortly.

Just FYI, the mandatory Item Condition changes are keeping us very busy right now, therefore you might see a delay in us getting back to users on the boards.

Thanks for the reply Zoulfia, I know you guys are maxed out right now but as soon as you can help it would be great, I think I am pretty much dead in the water now and customers are buying items I cannot ship...by Monday I'll start seeing piles of negative feedback. Thanks again!

So far so good; de-selected the inventory tab in Create Items, and ran a Submit with Preview for all sceduled listings for tonight (until I wake up). All looks fine at this point.

I suggest you try it for your auctions as well, later on the weekend you can turn them on again while they are running, to avoid double sales. It sounds like we have a similar issue.

A full refresh should not be necessary for new sales.
Tried to 'refresh-selected listings' only those with known sales?

Yeah, BT seems to be able to communicate with the API, but not return any data...even sales I know have since been paid by PayPal aren't being moved to Payment Cleared when selected and refreshed.

I don't use the auto refresh, I refresh each sale manually so I can add inventory when needed...and then I run an activity refresh after I finish to pick up payments on older sales...have been doing it this way since SA PRO, just seem to have run into a brick wall.

I have only Store GTC Listings.

I never run 'Refresh-Refresh Activity'.
Never.

It works great...allows me to eyeball everything, but pulls in all sales, order, feedback, fees, etc.
I've been able to manage 150+ orders per day with this method without any errors or anything slipping through the cracks.

different strokes...
