I've downloaded the newest version, all of the categories and condition options are working, however, I've lost the ability to refresh my sales. I cannot refresh sales that occurred after I downloaded the newest version.

Have you tried doing repairs? both Views and Database?

Stupid as it sounds, are you 100% sure your internet connection isnt crapping out?

Did you do a reboot of you computer?

Go to options, seller account and click registration. Enter your pswd again. (We used that solution once and it worked.)

What's your activity log showing on the eBay Updates tab?
