I'm having some issues with orders not being imported into Blackthorne. Sales are showing up inside of ebay.com but a handful aren't being sent into blackthorne and are no where to be found. This also means StoneEdge is not importing all the orders properly. I'm still fairly new with BTP so if this question comes off as noob-ish I apologize. Any help is appreciated. |

were items (sale items) created in BT, and then submitted to eBay thru BT?
If not, then any items not in the database, will have to be imported.
Go to File/Import/from eBay to bring any missing items, and sales into the database.
It will not duplicate any items currently in BT.
