Hi, If you are missing Orders, Sales or Listings you'll need to import rather than refresh. In Blackthorne, go to "File-Import-Import from eBay". Choose the “second” import options for “Running and Completed” and set the "Since” back to a date before the oldest ended sales. You can go back as far as 60 days if needed. However, if the issue started a few weeks ago only go back 15 days for the import. Also in the import window be sure the check box for “include sales information” is checked and start the import. If the listings are in Blackthorne ( you can find them by eBay item ID in Monitor Listings) but are not updated with sales then you'll need to run a refresh using “All” with an older refresh date. If the listings are in Monitor listings the program should be able to create a sales record and update running listings by using a "Refresh-Refresh Activity". However, you must set the "Since" date to a date before the missing sale ended and be sure the "All" box is checked in the refresh activity window.
