Upgraded to the latest BT version and all went smooth. Trying to upgrade client machine and the install doesn't get far, it is trying to connect to the SQL Database. The issue is, the server has a different IP address now and the naming service connection never did work so we use the IP address. How can I change the connection info in bt on the client machine without running the old version of BT? Thanks, Brenda |

Tried uninstalling on client and then running the install, still comes up with a unablee to connect to sql server, network connection problem. The connection data must still be in the system somewhere so thic version will not install. |

Fixed it. Found the bt.pvt file, deleted and the install worked fine. Brenda |
