Have been testing using Endicia Platinum shipper, and need it to post back tracking date etc to BT. I have not been able to do so, the is a post back setup on there does anyone have any screen shots or help, seems pretty straight forward but i can't get the tracking numbers to post back. not sure if i am using wrong tables or?

"You would need to create a temp table in your Blackthorne database. You would then create your own query to update the data. Once that is done WS can export the tracking number to the table." |

I am having the same problem with UPS worldship, which runs in sync with the Platinum shipper, and seems to use the same post back setup. Both are not able to connect to the database? |

Posting back would require the tracking table to be one database table. Last time I checked, Blackthorne was not designed in this way. I made a recommendation to Blackthorne, but I am not sure if they have made any changes. |

Just wanted to update I was able to setup postback through Platinum shipper, which will post back USPS tracking numbers, but still have to figured out WS yet for ups. |
