You can find instructions in the User's Guide: http://209.150.237.98/robo/projects/blackthornepro/Specifying_Compatibility_Information.htm. Look at the bottom of the page. _____ Zoulfia Moret eBay Blackthorne software

Can you please give us an Item ID on eBay? Also, a couple of screen shots from BT would help: your compatibility grid, for example. _____ Zoulfia Moret eBay Blackthorne software

Hello Ivan, We are aware of a bug where the data does not get sent until you open the compatibility table (compatibility button) and click the "save" button before submitting the item to Ebay. This will be fixed in the next release. Regards, Jonathan eBay Blackthorne Technical Support "Just walk away"

Right now i got Submission failed because "(-1)Invalid compatibility combinations." Do I need to put the Trim and Engine? Also if BT can accept the year format like "Year=1994 ,1995, 1996" or "Year=1994-1996" this way will work more easy for us. See my Screen shot and Flat File |

Hello, Yes, you need to specify trims and engines. There is another bug right now where imports from flat files, even with all of the data entered, are failing with the -1 invalid compatibility combo error. This will also be fixed in the next release. You would need to click the "create compatibility" button to recreate the table. Regards, Jonathan eBay Blackthorne Technical Support "Just walk away"

Can I use "All Trim" and "All Engine"? If not, then if I'll never finish looking up the trim and engine for all cars. Any effective suggestions? Thanks! |

No, you can't right now. It's probably better for you to wait for the next release scheduled for next week. _____ Zoulfia Moret eBay Blackthorne software
