When submitting blackthorne fails to submit and no listing error appears in the failed submission screen to enlighten me. |

Pamela,
Try performing Items Actions|Preview and Check for Errors. Does it report anything? Is anything in the Activity Log?

John ...thanks. I have been listing on ebay under multiple names for myself and other companies using sapro for years and all you had to do was put your info in and as long as the subscription was valid for main user all was good. I failed to realize that for each username you must manually go to ebay site and subscribe...it is not enough to just put userinfo into blackthorne ... but no error message pops up when this is the problem..just failed submissions... all is well with this issue anyway...thanks for your time |
