Please explain what Submission Failed does. I created 3 listings and i did not have a starting price so it created an error. That 1 listing went into Submission Failed. I fixed the error, but when I deleted the record in submission failed it deleted the item. Please advise on what to do when I have items in submission failed.

Damon,

If the listing fails, then the item will have an error description associated with it.

You can then find the item (that failed to submit) in the Submission Failed filter.

Once you fix the error, submit again. This will change the status and take it out of the Submission Failed filter.

Can you post a screen shot with the detail?

Usually there is some hint at the top highlighted in yellow... or a message in the Tools > Activity Log > Listing History

And if you do a Submit With Preview it will often tell you some additional info in the grid above the preview.

Hi Stuff,

I answered above, so I repeat myself:

I have had this before when I put a fraction (¼) in as a dimension in Item Specifics. You might get more information in the Activity Log

The hint is "Invalid Value" that's why I'm getting confused.

Christine, thanks for the advice, but I don't have anything in the dimension in the Item Specifics, so I'm still confused.

Oh goodness gracious, it was something wrong in the item specifics just as Christine had said. I can't believe it, how ridiculous.

Thank you!
