Hi everyone, As you might know, the deadline for updating Item Condition in certain categories is set for July 27th. Item Condition is supported in Blackthorne starting in versions 4.03.x and is shown as a separate field on the Item Details page:  If you do not see the Item Condition field appearing or it is empty, you are either running an older version or did not refresh your categories. To refresh the categories, select "Refresh|Update eBay Categories and Item Specifics" menu. It is important to note that different categories will have different Item Condition values. To bulk change Item Condition on exiting Items or Listings, select the Items or Listings you would like to update and go to "Items Actions|Bulk Change Item Condition..." or "Listings Actions|Bulk Change Item Condition...". Blackthorne will divide the items into categories that have the same Item Conditions, therefore make sure you select the correct values on each page by clicking on the arrows and pressing Change All when finished:  Please also check another post I made that describes the difference between Item Condition as a field and Item Condition as Item Specific.
